Terms of Service

By accessing or using ARPG Hub ("the Service"), operated at arpghub.gg, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ARPG Hub is a community platform for action RPG players. The Service provides aggregated news, player profiles, build sharing, and community features. The Service is provided "as is" and may change without notice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you post (builds, comments, profile information). By posting content, you grant ARPG Hub a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the Service. You must not post content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Impersonate other users or entities
• Post spam, malware, or malicious links
• Scrape or harvest data from the Service without permission
• Interfere with the operation of the Service

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Steam and Supabase. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. ARPG Hub is not responsible for third-party services.

7. Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate, without prior notice. We may also terminate or suspend access for users who repeatedly violate these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

ARPG Hub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The Service may experience downtime, data loss, or errors.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will indicate the date of the last update at the top of this page.
